What we collect, and why

Your consultation request. When you send a request through the consult form, we store your name, the contact you chose to share, and what you wrote, so the clinic can arrange your consultation. It is read only by the clinic team and is never sold or shared for marketing.
Usage analytics. We use analytics tools (DataFast, and Google Analytics when enabled) to understand which pages help people, so we can make the site better. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers and load for every visitor.
Tool answers stay with you. Answers you give inside free tools like the PCOS symptom check are processed in your browser and are not stored or sent to us.

Your choices

You can browse the whole site without creating an account or filling any form.
You can block analytics cookies with your browser settings or any standard content blocker; the site works fully without them.
If you want a consultation request you sent to be deleted, message the clinic through the same contact you used, or on Instagram at @doctor_hubli, and it will be removed.

What OvaMedica is not

OvaMedica offers doctor-led guidance and education. It is not an emergency service. If you have severe pain, heavy bleeding or feel unsafe, please contact your nearest hospital right away.
