OvaMedica is the online practice of Dr. Geeta S K (registered name Geeta Kadamanahalli), a gynecologist in Hubballi, Karnataka. She runs the practice as a sole proprietor.

A 30 minute online consultation with Dr. Geeta S K about gynecology, fertility, PCOS, periods, pregnancy and postpartum care. You choose the date and the time yourself when you book.
A consultation booked from India costs Rs999. A consultation booked from outside India costs US$19.99. The price is always shown before you pay, and it includes any tax that applies.
When you pay for your consultation online, a payment provider handles the payment itself. Your card, UPI and netbanking details go straight to that provider. We never see them and we never store them.
A consultation paid in rupees is billed by Dr. Geeta S K's own practice account. A card payment from outside India is billed by Qogent Global LLC, the company that operates OvaMedica. That company handles the billing and any refund for those payments. The medical care itself is always given by Dr. Geeta S K, whichever way you paid.
You choose your own date and time before you pay. The time is held for you while the payment is being made, and it is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. If someone else pays for the same time first, we refund you in full straight away, and your bank usually takes a few working days to show it.
Your booking confirmation is emailed to the address you gave as soon as the payment goes through. The clinic sends you the link for the call before your appointment.
It is a real medical consultation, given under India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020.
The doctor may decide during the call that your problem needs an in-person examination, a scan or a test. That is her clinical judgement, made for your safety, and she will tell you exactly what to do next.
She may decline or end a consultation if online care is not right for the problem, if the information you gave is not true, or if the call cannot be carried out safely. The refund policy says what happens to your payment then.
It is not emergency care. If you have heavy bleeding, severe pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, high fever, or anything that feels urgent, go to a hospital now. Please do not wait for an online appointment.
No doctor can promise an outcome, and nothing on this site promises one. Advice given online is based on what you tell and show the doctor, so please be complete and honest.
Consultations are given from India, under Indian law and Indian medical practice standards. Dr. Geeta S K is not your local doctor where you live, and she cannot take over your care there.
A prescription she writes may not be valid where you live. For anything serious, please check with a doctor registered in your own country before you act on advice. Your medical record is held in India. The privacy policy explains where the rest of your information goes.
The articles, calculators and free tools on this site are general health education. They are not a diagnosis and not a prescription, because they cannot know your history. They do not replace a consultation with a doctor.
Please give correct details when you book or write to us. Someone else's details in your booking make it impossible to give you safe care.

Write to [email protected] and tell us what happened. Dr. Geeta S K handles complaints herself. She aims to acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and to resolve it within one month.
You can also raise a concern about her professional conduct directly with the Karnataka Medical Council.
These terms follow the laws of India, and the courts at Hubballi, Karnataka, India have jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
